Turkcell Digital Operator
Digital Operator is one of the top 10 popular apps in Turkey. As part of digital transformation, we recognized and understood DO pain-points and users de-motivations. How could Turkcell a leading telco service provider reinvent the app and how it’s connected and communicated with the customers? I used Turkcell’s corporate navy blue and yellow colors. Additionally, I used yellow gradients to distinguish remaining minutes and purple gradients for remaining usage of apps.
